Coach
I grew up playing a variety of sports but ended up sticking with fast pitch softball in high school and throughout college. After college I fancied myself as a runner logging many miles for marathons and half marathons. In 2014 a move from Ohio to California disrupted my running group and I was introduced to Crossfit. It didn’t take long to realize I was built to move weight on a barbell and I was hooked.  A year later I got my CF-L1 and began coaching classes. I love that Crossfit is for EVERYONE! Workouts and movements can be modified or scaled to meet the needs of each person no matter their age or ability. As a Masters athlete and grandmother,  I realize the importance of CrossFit in keeping me active, fit and able to run and play with my grandchildren as well as get down on the floor to be with them. It also creates an amazing community not only within your own box but worldwide.
