I started CrossFit in 2018 when I moved to Alaska to do Search and Rescue with the Coast Guard. I fell in love with Murph—the community, the grit, the
standard—which is a big reason I’ve stuck around. I grew up on football, basketball, and baseball, then played collegiate rugby at Virginia Tech. I like fast-paced training and dialing in the details so your mechanics are right. I’m big on smart scaling so you can crush real life—pickup games, backyard races, new sports, whatever—without getting winded. I’m into barbell work and I won’t pretend, I don’t love bench day. I also love bodybuilding—the art of it—even if my love handles would say otherwise.
Outside the gym I work in pediatric urgent care and I’m in nursing school, and when I’m off the floor I’m usually trying to fix my golf swing.I love DBG’s energy, my team inspires me, and this community truly feels like a second home.
