Aaron began doing Crossfit in 2017. He had decided to start taking his health and fitness seriously and happened to do a Crossfit workout with a friend. The methodology of functional, constantly varied movement is great for setting you up for anything life can throw your way. He did not grow up athletic, but quickly learned to enjoy the weightlifting (especially Olympic lifting) and gymnastic movements. He enjoys helping others improve their technique so that they move faster, heavier weights, and safer. Crossfit is for everyone, no matter your fitness level, and we’re all here to improve our health for the long term.
