Greg began doing CrossFit at DBG in 2019 after graduating from VCU with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He had been doing CrossFit workouts on his own for nearly a year, but he was instantly hooked when he dropped into DBG. The team aspect and the intensity reminded him of off-season wrestling workouts that he had been doing since a young age. Shortly after joining DBG, he got his L1 to begin coaching. While he is considered an expert in injury reduction, rehabilitation, and optimizing movement, one of his favorite aspects of coaching here at DBG is connecting with athletes to ensure that they are enjoying the heck out of fitness. His goal is that all athletes at DBG are still having fun with fitness and moving well 20+ years from now!
